If customer receives a damaged book(s) through the mail, he/she can receive a prompt replacement for the same book(s) originally shipped. If customer receives damaged goods, he/she will first need to call customer service at (770) 362-5785. Customer will be informed where to ship damaged book(s) at no cost to Books by Patrick Garbin. Upon receipt of damaged reshipment, at cost to the company, Books by Patrick Garbin will mail customer the same title(s) in accordance to "Shipping" policy at the GTC (General Terms and Conditions) section of company's website.
For transactions, all sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or a credit policy for returns; as described, only replacements granted for damaged items.
